About

Cubeberry builds XCONDA, an end-to-end AI video production SaaS for filmmakers and content creators.

Sector: AI SaaS / AI Video & Image Generation | Founded: 2023 | Employees: 4 | Stage: Seed Sub-sectors: Generative AI · AI Content Creation 2025 Revenue: $0.3M | Total Funding: $1M KPIs: Paid Conversion Rate 14.20%

The Challenge

AI video tools have crossed the photorealism threshold for single cuts — but the moment a sequence unfolds across 9+ shots, characters, props, and backgrounds collapse. No existing tool enforces scene-state causality across multi-shot narratives, forcing production teams into 15–20 minutes of manual correction per cut. Without solving this, AI content stays trapped in short-form clips and cannot scale to real filmmaking workflows.

Our Solution

XCONDA is an end-to-end AI video production SaaS with two proprietary engines: AI VirtualSet 'Turn,' which converts a single photo into a 360° virtual set in 60 seconds, and ArtDirectorPro, which deploys four AI agents to automatically verify, correct, and propagate character and scene states across multi-shot sequences. At the core is a patented ontology-based State Ledger that enforces causal consistency — change one frame, and all subsequent cuts follow. Built on a middleware architecture above foundation models, XCONDA integrates 16+ AI model APIs so every new model release expands its capability automatically.

Selected Clients: KBS, MHW Digital, KOCCA, Gwak Jung-hwan Production, Lee Jung-sub Production
